Authors I’d Love to Read in 2017

I loved this post by Grace over at Rebel Mommy Book Blog and had to copy her idea!

Last year I was fortunate to discover some great new-to-me authors, and I hope to do the same in 2017. Here are just a few I’m excited to try.

Have you read any of these? What did you think?

I loved The Sleepwalker, Faithful, and I have The Marriage Lie on Pippa….hope to read it soon. I also have Tana French’s first book, In the Woods, and I keep wanting to read it…and then I don’t. (It has around 600 pages, which doesn’t intimidate me if the book has a nice pace, but I don’t know about this one).

Enjoy your journey of discovery, Brandie.

      Thank you!
I know what you mean – French’s books intimidate me because they’re longer and slower paced (from what I’ve heard).

Both The Serpent King and Faithful are excellent! And I’m definitely going to try and read Red Rising, The Trespasser, Final Girls, Passenger and The Edge Of Everything as well this year. I hope you will enjoy these!

I am definitely going to read his series this year!! I hope the Marriage Lie is good. I’ve heard great things about it. 4 new authors already?! That’s awesome!

So many great books on that list! I’ve read Bohjalian before and his writing is really good, so I think you will definitely enjoy his book. I want to read The Lost Woman, Faithful, Passenger, and The Marriage Lie, too.
