what i recently finished reading
I’ve been on an audio book binge the past week. All of these were audio books and all were pretty good – 3 & 4 star reads. I was surprised by the twists in both The Silent Patient and Sometimes I Lie. The Travelling Cat Chronicles was super cute, but heartbreaking. I usually love Kristan Higgins books on audio, but Until There Was You was just meh.
what i’m Currently Reading
I’m still reading The Things We Cannot Say, and it’s really good. I just haven’t had much time to sit and read in the past week.
I was one of the few who didn’t love The Kiss Quotient. I’m hoping I enjoy The Bride Test more – I’m trying the audio version.

I have always enjoyed Sarah Jio’s books. I’m looking forward to reading this one.

I am really looking forward to reading The Silent Patient. It sounds so good! Good luck with the Bride Test. I haven’t read The Kiss Quotient yet, but everyone seems to love it which makes me nervous.
The Travelling Cat Chronicles broke my heart! I’m looking forward to The Silent Patient and I’m probably going to give The Bride Test a go even though I wasn’t a fan of The Kiss Quotient… Fingers crossed you will enjoy it better. Have a wonderful week and happy reading!

Yay to the new Sarah Jio 😉 I just started it the other day and already love it.
The Kiss Quotient is next on my to-read list for book club! Eek! I hope I like it.
Most people loved it. I was in the minority.
I saw on Goodreads you only gave The Bride Test 2 stars. While there were a few things I liked about it, I wasn’t really impressed with it either. I haven’t read the author’s previous book and I probably never will.
I highly recommend skipping it. Not worth your time.
I liked, but didn’t love TKQ, so I’m interested to see what you think of this one. I’m kind of afraid to try it.
