{Bout of Books 20} The End

{Bout of Books 20} Day Three-Five

Bout of Books

The past few days were busy ones, with it being the first week of school, and us having plans almost every evening. I was finally able to sit down yesterday and read a solid few hours and finished a book!

Today is going to be a busy Saturday, so unless I sneak in some reading time early this morning, I doubt I’ll have much time. Tomorrow I have no plans, so I’m hoping to spend a few hours reading.

{Bout of Books 20} Day Two

Bout of Books

I managed to carve out a little more reading time last night. Taking a break from the Kristin Hannah book, because I’m in the mood for a romance.

{Bout of Books 20} Day One

Bout of Books

So, my first day of BoB was an epic fail. But I plan to make up for it later this week! Today was my daughter’s first day of school, and last night was her open house, plus it was dance registration night. By the time we got home, did bath, and got to bed – I was too tired to read much. And then I didn’t sleep well last night – first day of school jitters? Is that a thing for moms? I still get nervous for her whenever she goes through the first of something. 🙂

I did participate in the Twitter Chat last night, which is always fun.

My favorite readathon! It’s a no pressure, week-long event, and I plan to post updates on my blog as well as on Twitter and Instagram.

This is the first week of school, and we’ll have quite a lot going on over the weekend. I’m still going to try my hardest to participate when I can.
